We work in three shifts- General shift, noon-shift and night-shift. Shifts are allocated based on the openings, job requirements and vacancies.
6. What are the working hours in Educurve Learning Solution LLP?
Educurve Learning Solutions LLP works 22 hours a day. Timings for employees on general shift is 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The mid-day shift begins at 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The graveyard shift is resumes at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 7:00 a.m.

8. What are the various eligibility criteria, age limit etc. for jobs at Educurve Learning Solutions LLP?
To get interviewed by Educurve Learning Solutions LLP, the aspirant should possess a basic graduation. Minimum percentage of 60% in 10th, 12th and graduation is a must. Age limits may vary for different positions. The minimum entry age is 21 and maximum age limit is 45.

10. What is the interview process?
The company conducts recruitment processes throughout the year. A prospective candidate should clear three rounds of the interview process.
First round- Aptitude tests are conducted to screen the potential of a candidate. If a candidate clears the first round, he/she move on to the next round.
Second round - A test to assess your written communication skills. Based on your performance, you move to the final round of interviews.
Third round- Personal interview with the Operation Head and HR personnel.
11. How many times can I attend interviews for Educurve Learning Solutions LLP?
There are NO limits to attend an interview in ELS LLP. But, if you are not successful in the interview, you will need to wait a period of 6 months before re-applying for the position. We recommend you to wait out the 6 month period.
12. Should I come with my resume for interview?
Although soft copies are the order of the day, we urge you to bring two copies of your resume with your photos affixed when you come in for the interview. Resume is essential, as it showcases your abilities, accomplishments and who you are!
13. How will I be intimated if I have cleared the interview?
Candidate will receive a confirmation call and an e-mail specifying a date of joining from the company within a week of completion of the interview process.
14. How do I monitor the status of my interview?
Aspirants can follow-up his/her interview status through e-mail. Applicant can call up the office as well. However, we recommend you wait until you hear from us within a week of the interview process.
15. Does Educurve Learning Solutions LLP provide transport facility?
Yes, transport facilities are available. However, this facility can be used only by noon-shift and night shift employees residing within a radius of 5 kilometres from the office.
